Every year we partner with builders and contractors in the Tyler Area to install gorgeous stone products into homes that will be in the Parade of Homes, and this year we were featured in seven of them! We work with designers, builders, and clients to make these dream homes possible. Now we’re going to take you through some of these beautiful projects and show you what it possible for your home!
McKinney Homes:
The owners of this gorgeous lake home chose to keep the Old Chicago Brick from the fireplace of the previous home on the lot. We installed White Santorini countertops, and as you can see, they were complimented perfectly by the Old Chicago Brick.
Chandler Homes:
What a Quartzite dream! Every countertop inside this home was a gorgeous quartzite. Whether it was Elegant Gray, Bondi, or Macaubas
Fantasy, every countertop was stunning and created a harmonious feel in this house.
Chase Homes LLC:
This home brought a new trend into the parade- the kitchen island was a different stone than the kitchen perimeter. The Absolute Black
Leathered Granite contrasts in stunning fashion with the Carrara Honed Marble.
Carlyle Homes:
This renovation took the parade goers by surprise! On the outside, it looks like a beautiful Tyler home, but when you walk in, you feel as
if you are transported to an upscale hotel lobby. The floor was lined with a gorgeous porcelain tile. The shades of black and white marble,
quartz and quartzite really elevated this home’s deceptive appearance.
Kelley Developments:
The master bathroom was the star of this house! The gorgeous Bianco Ibiza Honed Marble created such an elegant and relaxing environment.
It’s not hard to picture yourself lighting some candles and indulge in some chocolates and wine while you soak in the tub in your luxurious bathroom.
Dream Homes of Texas:
This house was gorgeous. Its rustic feel really brought a new element to the Parade. We installed Blue Dunes leathered granite in the kitchen
and Navona leathered travertine in the bathroom. These two stones together really brought this house’s aesthetic to life. Visitors felt like they
could easily cuddle up by the fireplace and be transported into the woods.
Moore Custom Homes:
The Calacatta Laza Quartz and Absolute Black Leathered Granite in the kitchen made this home stand out big time. The Calacatta Laza Quartz
was also used in the master bath. Using the Calacatta Laza Quartz in the master bath created an elegant and peaceful environment perfect for
getting ready in the morning.
